Application Procedure


  1. Starting of Online Registration : 08-12-2021
    Last Date of Online Registration : 21-12-2021 23:59 Hours
    Last Date of Filling of Prescribed Application Form: 21-12-2021 23:59 Hours

  2. A. After getting application id
    - Application Fee: Rs 1000.00/ for only General candidates
    Please don't do DOUBLE PAYMENT. If at the time of Payment may be your money deducted but not received Login id and Password then immediately put a mail to our helpdesk mail address helpdesk(dot)uuerecruitment(at)gmail(dot)com


    B. Registration Process:


    For Registration, the applicant should have a valid & active Mobile Number and also have a valid & active e-mail ID.


    For registration please click NEW REGISTRATION Registration page will appear. Please provide the relevant data in appropriate fields correctly.


    After filling the Registration Form, Please check your data and if everything is correct, then proceed for Register


    Please click on the Register button to get yourself registered .


    Please enter the OTP to validate your registration and if the OTP is validated, it will take you to the Payment Page for payment of application Fee.


    C.Payment Procedure:


    Payment was done through Net Banking or Credit/Debit Card using SBI E-Pay.

    After making a successful payment you will receive Login ID & password on your email ID within two banking working days.


    After getting Login ID and password please visit to Existing Login Page to fill up the application form.


    After filling the form completely Submit the application form online.


    Before starting the process please be ready with the following items and upload documents size should not exceed 1MB:
    • Soft copy of your recent photograph in JPG format with maximum dimension of 150px in width and 180px in height & 200KB Size(Max)
    • Soft copy of your Signature in JPG format with maximum dimension of 150px in width and 50px in height & 50KB Size(Max)
    • Scanned copy of your Caste certificate if applicable.(in PDF format)
    • Scanned copy of your PwD certificate if applicable.(in PDF format)

  3. Application Process : Step 1 (Personal Information):
    Step 1 is to provide the Personal Information of the Applicant.
    Fill up Step 1 with necessary data and click on "Save & Proceed " to move to the next Step.

  4. Application Process : Step 2 (Academic Info & Experience Summary):
    Step 2 is to provide Educational Qualification, Research Details, Field of Specialisation, Field of Specialisation, NET/SLET/GATE Details, Teaching and Research Experience & Awards / Distinction / Any other information.

    Fill up Step 2 with necessary data and click on "Save & Proceed" to move to the next Step.

  5. Application Process : Step 3 (Upload Photo & Signature):
    Step 3 is to upload your Photo and clearly visible signature (30-100Kb in .jpg format) .
    Upload Photo and Signature and click on "Save & Next" to move to the next Step.

  6. Application Process : Step 4 (Review Form):
    Once Step 1 to Step 3 is completed with all relevant data, please preview your application form clicking on the link "View Application Form". You need to verify all you inputs in this step and if everything is perfect, Click on "Final Submit" You can view and take a printout of your application by clicking on the link "View Application Form".

  7. Final Submission & Taking Print-out
    Once clicking the "Final Submit", the Application form will be submitted online and no further modification to the form will be possible. "Download Application Form" and . Click on the respective links and download or take printout of both the documents. Or you can later login to the application and click on the Application No. from Menu Items and take Printouts.

  8. Send the Application form and other documents:
    After taking printout please send the Application Form with following documents to Registrar,Utkal University in the address given below. Job Holders needs to send application form in Proper Channel.

    • e-Receipt of the application fee deposited (Download e-Receipt)
    • Self attested photocopy of Matriculation/HSC certificate and Marksheet
    • Self attested photocopy of Intermediate certificate and Marksheet
    • Self attested photocopy of mark sheet of the Intermediate examination
    • Self attested photocopy of Bachelor degree certificate and Marksheet
    • Self attested photocopy of Master degree certificate and Marksheet
    • Self attested photocopy of M.Phil certificate and Marksheet, If Passed
    • Self attested photocopy of PhD/D.Sc/D.Lit certificate, If available
    • Self attested photocopy of caste certificate, if claiming for reservation
    • Self attested disability certificate, if claiming for reservation
    • Candidates who are in-service can send their applications as Advance Copy in order to save delay. They have to ensure that proper channel of application must follow it.
    • Self attested photocopies of other achievements and research work


    Please send the documents to the following Address by SPEED POST/REGISTERED POST so as to reach within 7(Seven) days from the closing date of online application .
